DIY Homemade Natural Skin Care Tips

Whether you are a student, housewife or working professional, one thing is what everybody wants, that is radiant and glowing skin. Here I am going to share some tips and tricks. With using that trick, you can make your skin healthy and glowing.

Tip 1: Moisturizer

It is very important to use moisturizer for glowing skin. It does not only make your skin glow but makes a protecting layer on your skin. By using moisturize your skin remains hydrated and it reduces skin problems like flakiness, dullness and dryness and protects your skin from premature aging also. So please moisturize your skin twice day.

Tip 2: Lemon & Honey Water

Start day with lemon and honey. Take a glass of water and add some honey and lemon in it and drink it every morning. Lemon is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants which rejuvenates your system and removes toxins which makes your skin clear by drinking it regularly. If u have scars, blackheads or acnes, it will be reduced. It is also useful in anti-aging and wrinkles. Drink it regularly for healthy and glowing skin.

Tip 3: Vitamin C Serum

Include vitamin c serum or collagen boosting serum in your skin care routine. Vitamin C does not only protect you from sun damage but it also strengthens your skin. It reduces lines, wrinkles, increases collagen production and reduces discoloration in skin. It makes your skin youthful and even tone and brighten up complexion. So please include vitamin C serum for glowing skin.

Tip 4: Wash Hands

 Always wash hands before you wash your face. If your hands are dirty and you wash your face that hands using cleanser then you are putting dirt in your pores because of which the problem of skin can increase. So, this is a very simple tip that wash your hands before washing your face. With this your skin remains healthy and glowing.

Tip 5: Luke Warm Water

For washing face, use luke warm water first and after that with cold water wash your face. With this your pores gets tight and skin becomes firm. You will get an extra glow on your skin and it remains fresh.

Tip 6: Eat Almonds

Always keep some almonds with you in your purse or at home. Whenever you feel hungry, eat few almonds. They repair skin damage and increases new cell formation because of which skin feels smooth and soft. It enhances skin tone and texture. You can get back the glow which is missing on your face.  So, try to have some almonds on daily basis.

Tip 7: Homemade Face Masks

Use some homemade skin glowing face mask once or twice in a week. For doing this can will get all the ingredients in your kitchen only. Here are some easy homemade face mask tricks.

For this take milk in a bowl and add some turmeric and some honey with little bit lemon. So, this is a perfect skin glowing face mask. With this face mask your skin becomes bright, clear and flawless. Tt has skin lightning properties which reduces dark patches and makes your skin firm. It makes your skin soft, reduces large pores and nourishes skin. Use this mask regularly two times a week for glowing skin.

Tip 8: Fish Oil

Take fish oil supplement. I would like to highly recommend it. Fish oil has two types of omega 3 fatty acids and it reduces acne ageing process and makes skin inside out glowing. It is useful for skin and as well as for hair. It makes hair longer and ticker so I would like to recommend it for you.

Tip 9: Exfoliation

Exfoliation is very important step for glowing skin. Don’t take any expensive products. All the ingredients are in the kitchen. Take some sugar add some lemon add some honey. Mix it and here your ready to go perfect scrub is ready and it is suitable for all skin type. It is a best scrub for removing dead cell and dry cell from skin. Because of dead skin, there is dullness and darkness on the skin and your skin will not glow. Exfoliation increases blood circulation and because of this your skin becomes healthy and glowing. It increases new cells, pores get unclogged and reduces pigmentation, removes tanning from skin. It is very important step for bright and glowing skin. Exfoliate once in a week.

Tip 10: Sunscreen Lotion

Always use a sunscreen. Using sunscreen, we don’t have problem for tanning, sunburn. we have many kinds of proteins in our skin and UV rays tries to attack that kind of protein in our skin whereas sunscreen protects those proteins. It prevents skin cancer, premature ageing. It protects skin from future damage so use it in between 10 to 5 everyday with this you skin will remain healthy and glowing.

Tip 11: Drink Lots Of Water

Water removes all the toxins and waste product from body. It maintains moisture and increases elasticity if your skin. It hydrates your skin and make your complexion bright. So, it is good to drink 3 to 4 liters of water every day.

Tip 12: Massage Your face

Massaging is good to stimulate and remove tension from skin and it improves blood circulation. Increased blood circulation means flow of oxygen. It increases it naturally and lifts your skin collagen also increases glow in skin. Use any oil or cream which suits you. Do massage once in a week.
